These powerful tools are designed to maximize platform engagement while re-engaging dormant users at any time to drive adoption, participation and engagement of your employee engagement program.
You can easily send these activation emails through a few different workflows, which are outlined in the steps below.
Instructions to invite all users for the first time
Navigate to subdomain.kazoohr.com (replacing the word ‘subdomain’ with your company’s platform subdomain) and login to the platform. Enter the admin dashboard using the admin button in the top-right corner of the homepage.
On the left-hand sidebar, under the Company banner, click on User Management.
Go to the ‘Send email’ button in the upper right hand corner of the site, and select ‘Welcome email’.
When the modal appears, action the ‘Send welcome email’ button.
Users will then receive their login details via email over the next several hours.
For customers using SSO, users will be directed to their SSO authentication page and directed to the site home page.
For customers not using SSO, users will be directed to a page that allows them to configure their site password.
Instructions to invite users with zero site activity
You may have invited your users to the system, but see they have no activity since their invitation. Re-invite them to the system as a first time user using the steps below.
Navigate to subdomain.kazoohr.com (replacing the word ‘subdomain’ with your company’s platform subdomain) and login to the platform. Enter the admin dashboard using the admin button in the top-right corner of the homepage.
On the left-hand sidebar, under the Company banner, click on Dashboards, and then User activity. On this page you can see the total percent of users that have had zero system activity.
Go to the ‘Send email’ button in the upper right hand corner of the site, and select ‘Welcome email’.
When the modal appears, action the ‘Send welcome email’ button.
Users will then receive their login details via email over the next several hours.
For customers using SSO, users will be directed to their SSO authentication page and directed to the site home page.
For customers not using SSO, users will be directed to a page that allows them to configure their site password.
Keep in mind that emails are limited to once every 24 hours, and it can take several hours for all users to receive their invitation emails.
Instructions to re-invite users who haven’t logged in or with no activity in the last 90 days
Navigate to subdomain.kazoohr.com (replacing the word ‘subdomain’ with your company’s platform subdomain) and login to the platform. Enter the admin dashboard using the admin button in the top-right corner of the homepage.
On the left-hand sidebar, under the Company banner, click on Dashboards, and then User activity. On this page you can see trends in your users that have had limited system activity over time.
Go to the upper right hand corner of the site, and select ‘Engagement email’.
When the modal appears, action the ‘Send engagement email’ button.
Users will receive an email prompting them to re-engage with the platform.
Keep in mind that emails are limited to once every 24 hours, and it can take several hours for all users to receive their invitation emails.
