Admin >> Catalogs >> Incentives Catalogs

• To keep the Incentive, but make it unavailable for redemption, click Off for the item. 

  • This will make it easier to reuse without re-creating the item later. 

    
    

• To permanently delete the item, click the trash can icon for the item. (You can’t recover an item from the trash if you change your mind.)
