Surveys & Insights

  • Fixed pagination issue where results did not expand past 25 results or allow user to go to the next page. (WT-17133)

Surveys & Insights

  • Fixed an issue where the View Reporting button wasn't visible for Managers. (WT-16804) 

  • Fixed an issue where admins were unable to search users by name when giving access to another leader's hierarchy. (WT-15377) 

  • Fixed an issue where users were unable to manually update language for employees (WT-16585) 

  • Fixed an issue where within filters, "Manager Employee Id" was displaying instead of "People Leader". (WT-16708) 

  • Survey action now function as intended for languages other than English.

Surveys & Insights

  • Fixed an issue where In Progress surveys would not show "View Reports" button. (WT-16874) 

  • Removed the 'status' filter for Completed surveys. (WT-16707) 

  • Resolved an issue where a filter on the Completed tab could not be removed without a manual refresh. (WT-16798) 

  • Improved the search functionality so surveys can be successfully searched by language(s) (WT-14080) 

  • Fixed an issue where the Heatmap "Compare To" response count row was not showing for organization wide. (WT-13871) 

  • Resolved an issue where the PPT Summary and Excel Results Export button disappears when reviewing data with filters added. (WT-16573)  

  • Updating existing Employee Attributes no longer shows an error message. (WT-15279) 

  • On the Settings > Employee Attributes page, the "Private" label now appears over the relevant column and the count of active and archived attributes show up beside the statuses. (WT-16623) (WT-16669) 

  •  Editing an employee twice in a row in the employee list no longer serves an error. (WT-16657) 


Recognition & Rewards

  • Added helper text to the Awards & Nominations form question "Who should be invited to submit nominations?" so the admin is aware that if there is nominator criteria for an award, and that group is deleted, invalid or empty, then the nomination form will default to be sent to everyone in the system. (WT-16096) 

  • Removed helper text saying birthday recognitions won't be posted to the activity feed. (WT-16559) 

  • Resolved an issue where sending private recognitions would display as public on initial send. (WT-11725)  

  • Employee bios are now visible on both the mobile app and the web platform. (WT-16649)

Surveys & Insights

  • Resolved an issue where custom survey questions were not being added to the question library (WT-16190) 
  • Double spacing is no longer required for survey invite messages, or for a "New Message" description. (WT-16217) (WT-16253) 
  • Users page now shows all users and inviting users works as expected (WT-16353)

Recognition & Rewards

  • Company Announcements now display their "release date" and not the date they were created. (WT-14312)

  • The Attribute List now only shows the correct survey attributes. (WT-13839) 
  • Survey Reporting UI no longer cuts off at the top of the page when above or below 100% zoom. (WT-15144) 
  • Fixed an issue where Editing a Library Action was not saving in Action Planning. (WT-16080)

  • Fixed an issue with Survey Emails, in which emails were not sending with >1000 recipients. (WT-15461) 
  • Fixed an issue with the Survey Sent Page, in which the Filter by Date functionality was not accepting # of days. (WT-15546) 
  • Resolved an issue with Suggestions, in which Learnings were showing the incorrect CTA. (WT-15517) 
  • Resolved an issue with Employee Id updates, in which error messages were being shown. (WT-15528)

  • Resolved a reporting issue where Admins were unable to generate a User Export Report. (WT-15015) 


Surveys & Insights 

  • If a user doesn't have access to view comments, the open text question card in the Results tab is not clickable and does not display the comments for open-text questions. (WT-14607)

Goals & Feedback

  • Employee is no longer able to view Manager's Check-In notes before the Manager has finalized them. (WT-13054)

  • Resolved issue where "Access denied" error message unexpectedly surfaced on Feedback history. (WT-13017) 

  • Resolved issue where a user would not receive an error message after skipping a required Check-in question. (WT-12704) 

  • Fixed Talent Review settings so admins are able to define another user as someone who has access to the set of data. (WT-12616) 

  • Resolved issue where Feedback submission fails to change respondent status. (WT-14668)

  • Uploading an employee file for a new Feedback form no longer displays an error message. (WT-14431) 

  • If a Check-in participant has a paused/archived manager without another being assigned, the skip-level manager now has read only access to the Check-in. (WT-13668) 

  • Sorting PDF data in the Legacy .PDF summary dashboard has been restored. (WT-13333) 

  • Resolved issue where after resetting a Check-in, the Discuss & Finalize step still displays as complete. (WT-12956) 

  • Resolved issue where when creating a new Check-in, all questions get duplicated after the user previews the form. (WT-11114) 


Recognition & Rewards

  • "My Rewards" tab is no longer visible when using zero point Recognition. (WT-13591) 

  • An issue has been resolved where if zero point Recognition is enabled and a post received a high-five, users would receive an email referencing points associated with the high-five. (WT-14498) 

November 2022

Goals & Feedback

  • Issue fixed with Check-In statuses appearing inconsistently in the Check-In content report. (WT-12907)

  • Resolved issue where a user would update their goal to 100% completed, but would show up as 1% completed in Check-In. (WT-12847)

  • Incorrect file limit displayed when uploading files to Sync-Ups. The correct limit of 10mb is now shown. (WT-13600) 

  • Viewing participants for Feedback will show 25 people at most. This has been resolved and viewing participants will mirror the number of people actually selected to participate in a feedback form. (WT-13435) 


Recognition & Rewards

  • Resolved an issue where if a user clicked "View Recognition" after sending it via MS Teams, it would take them to a 404 error page. (WT-13586) 

  • An intermittent bug has been resolved where a reward would get stuck in pending post admin action, that did not allow the reward to process. All rewards stuck in pending have been moved to failed where the admin can approve/deny. (WT-13564) 

  • For companies only using zero point Recognition, references of points have now been removed from the platform, such as in the Celebrations Widget. (WT-13500) 

  • MS Teams will now mirror the same default points the admin has set up in the WorkTango account. (WT-13247)

  • A bug affecting the status of a GRS order where the oder was stuck under "submitted" even if it was approved/denied has been fixed and appropriately moved to the "Closed" tab. (WT-11999)


Surveys & Insights

  • Customers can now toggle "Compare-To" organization-wide results off for users in their organization.  

  • The ability to compare attributes that are outside of a user's data access has been enabled. EX: VP of Marketing can compare their team against "Sales" in deltas. 

  • Error has been fixed where "There is no quantitative data for your selected surveys" would display intermittently for heatmap data sets that had data for viewing. 

  • Fixed an error that stated "PowerPoint found a problem with content" pop-up messaging when exporting a PPT Summary.

  • Bug fixed where PPT Summary Reports did not show the attribute name the data set is being compared to. 

  • When admins want to give user permissions of People Leader hierarchies to other People Leaders, People Leaders should now show up with names, and the list is alphabetical and searchable. 



October 2022

Goals & Feedback

  • Feedback request form now displays correct error message based on response and only submits Feedback with all the required fields filled out. (WT-13463)

  • When goal close status is “Complete”, a reason for completion will be available to provide further insight into the Goal. This field is also included in the Goals Detail report.  (WT-13407) 

  • “X" clear all on Customize Participants by groups now works as expected and will clear the groups you have selected.  (WT-13472)

  • During Check-ins, the user will now receive appropriate error messages, with their submission being accepted if the user responds to at least all required questions. (WT-12099) 


Surveys & Insights

  • Bug has been fixed that would not allow users to manually add employees to a net new account. 

  • The appendix section of Powerpoint report exports is now fully translated to French. 

  • The platform will now show all filters (including status) on the employees page if you are viewing all deactivated employees. 

  • A reporting issue has been fixed where users were not able to see any scores for their heatmap when selecting an attribute. 

  • There was a visibility issue when downloading summary reports where the Compare To column would not appear in reports. This has now been rectified.

  • Users & Permissions - Giving user’s access to other hierarchies will now only show managers with at least one direct report and their names.

  • Comparing surveys with no common questions now shows an appropriate empty state and messaging



September 2022

Reports

  • Custom point rules are now available in User Exports (KAZ-11211) and User Export With Points reports. (KAZ-13170) 

  • Subject ID & Respondent email are now available in the Feedback Status report. (KAZ-13154) 

  • The Check-In Content report will now label the status of a question, whether archived or active and will only retain the most recent/finalized answers. (KAZ-13175) 



Goals & Feedback

  • Improvements made to Goals include the ability for a manager to review, approve, or deny an employees’ new goals. (KAZ-11536) 

  • An issue has been resolved where a user's goal percentage progress was not updating despite the completion of goals. A maximum number of 20 measurable results has been set per goal. (KAZ-12615) 

  • An issue has been fixed where when users were archived, their feedback sessions were also archived. When they were re-activated, the user’s feedback sessions remained archived. Feedback archival is now dynamic with user status. (KAZ-13281) 


Recognition & Rewards

  • The Recognition & Rewards navigation admin panel is now visible for admins when the points feature is turned off. (KAZ-13205) 

  • Some users were experiencing a 500 error when attempting to access the admin dashboard. Admins should now be able to access the admin page. (KAZ-13172) 

  • An issue has been resolved where when a company’s unique identifier was set to EMAIL, the user’s email would overwrite the employee ID field. (KAZ-13086) 

  • Admins should see the new Action Items widget in the admin view (/admin) and when new Action Items are disabled, admins see the old widget in the admin view. (KAZ-13158) 


Surveys & Insights

  • The platform will now respect blank language fields and upload as blanks for those employees to receive bilingual surveys. 

  • When selecting custom filtering permissions for users, “Manager Employee ID” would show up as one of the options. This option has been renamed “People Leader”. 

  • Direct Report and Hierarchy Report counts now show the accurate hierarchy number - which is the full hierarchy. 

  • An issue has been fixed where the incorrect custom email was being sent. Now the proper custom domain is sending out surveys.
