To reset your Worktango password, follow the steps below.
If your company uses Single Sign On (SSO) and you are having issues logging in, please contact your internal IT department for assistance.
If you have been locked out from too many password attempts, email customersupport@worktango.com for further assistance.
Step One
from your homepage, select the user menu in the top right and choose Account.
Step Two
Find the password field, click Update and enter a new password
Step Three
Passwords must have at least;
1 capital letter.
At least 1 number.
At least 1 lowercase letter.
At least 8 characters.
Click ‘Save your password’ on the screen that appears, and once your new password meets the secure requirements, a screen will appear to re-enter your current password (before the change)
